This treatment brings unique benefits.

With its close proximity to the brain and cranial nerves, through gentle compression techniques, we are able to stimulate key reflex points that beneficially impact our internal organs, central nervous system and neuro - biological systems. This can stimulate the body’s healing mechanisms, improve circulation and nerve conduction and encourage the release of toxins from the body via the lymphatic system.

A little like acupuncture without the needles, the treatment can aid sleep, lift the mood and promotes a sense of wellbeing and showing visible improvements to the complexion.

It is like having two treatments in one.

Using acupressure points to enhance and relax the face and body. Focusing on releasing tension and stress in the face, neck and entire body.

  • Relieving the effects of stress

  • Improving circulation to the face and head area

  • Improving lymphatic drainage

  • Relieving tension in the muscle tissue

  • Relieving mental strain and improve concentration

  • Relieving sinusitis/congestion

  • Rejuvenating for the skin, leaving the face glowing and radiant

Facial Reflexology is also regarded as beneficial for children with ADHD.

What does Virtual Facial Reflexology involve?

You will be sent a link to join a video call. Before the video call you will be assessed using a range of questions designed to understand why you are getting symptoms or pain and what can be done to improve things.

Once you are comfortable I will begin the practical element of the session and you will follow my techniques and mirror these on your own face. I will be able to see you and can check your pressure and technique every step of the way as I guide you through a short Facial Reflexology sequence. It will also include relaxing and stretching movements and end with a calming meditation with the aim to help you let go of any stress or worries.

From your assessment I can usually get a good idea of what the problem is and formulate a treatment plan to address your problems.
